The Pens surprised a sold out Verizon Center in Washington. They jumped to a 5 nothing lead and never looked back. This series was a nail biter for the first six matches. The six to two final stunned the crowd and removed them as a factor in the rubber match. Normally the noisy DC crowd could rattle a visiting team. In the end the Pens dominated the Caps. GO PENS!
