The stories are all over the Burgh and the internets that Ben’s accuser may not be a very credible witness. I’m sure there are subpoenas being served all over Washoe County. Cotter over at One4TheOtherThumb.com posted this info:

Andrea McNulty, who you might say has an “active imagination,” is the same woman who apparently fell in love with someone whom she had only talked to over email. Not only did she fall in love with “him,” however, but apparently she also told everyone she and this imaginary friend were engaged. The kicker is – this “man” to whom she “was engaged,” was in reality the wife of a married man who was apparently having an extra-marital affair with McNulty.
What’s more, while she claims she sought psychiatric care over the assault, at least one Harrahs co-worker claims McNulty told him/her that she actually sought psychiatric care over the engagement with her imaginary email penpal that was not meant to be.”
