Steelers Rookie Vic Redman
Anyone who has been following the news from Latrobe or who viewed the first pre-season game has already asked that question. If you’re a Bowie State fan you already know. He ended his college career as BSU’s all time leading rusher with 3,300 yards! Among the many other school records he holds; rushing yards in a single game, 218 and single season total rushing yards of 1,512! His stats included 36 career touchdowns.
As a Steeler he’s been equally impressive. In drills in Latrobe he is virtually batting a thousand on goal line drives against the first string defense. In the Steelers’ first pre-season game against Arizona Vic scored the teams only two touchdowns.
If he gets signed, which seems inevitable, he’ll be the first player from Bowie State to make it to the NFL. I have a sneaking suspicion that it won’t be long before people stop asking, ‘Who is Isaac Redman?”

As a fan of the pittsburgh steelers I am very happy to have Redman as a team member.
And look for him to be as great of a football player as he is a person. I believe that he ’s able to help make our offense along with mendenhall, parker, moore, and davis to be a big threat to all defence. And we shouldn’t forget Logan he’s unstoppable I like to call him might mice, because he is so strong and fast,and we you watch him in action you see that he loves the game of football…….
I agree. Redman’s a keeper. Tomlin has some tough decisions to make tonight. I hear je plans to announce the cuts tomorrow. Wallace looks like he has promise but Redman is just what we need to fill the hole left by Bettis. Redzone Redman rocks!
