Steelers - Browns
As things are now, the rumors are flying in Cleveland. Not about the Steelers’ game. Not even so much about the probability that the Brownies will trade another first round draft pick, Brady Quinn, away. (They’ve made no secret that they are sticking with Derek Anderson.) But the big rumors are swirling around Eric Mangini. He and the Browns are being investigated by the NFL over the mysterious injury of rookie James Davis. Davis was injured while not wearing pads by another player in full pads. Bill Livingston of the Cleveland Plain Dealer has gone as far as to suggest he should be suspended or fired if he knew this was going on.
I think the issues swirling around this team are going to keep them bogged down. They were fortunate to win the pathetic exhibition in Buffalo. If Troy Polamalu returns this could look like Sunday’s Giants – Raiders game. It could come in at 44 – 7.
That being said, I think (hope) the Steelers keep Troy on the sidelines. They don’t need to rush him here. He’ll be much more valuable down the road. Have you noticed we still have the undefeated Vikings and Broncos coming up? Not to mention two games against Baltimore! Save Troy for one more week!
Steelers a great team that knows how to win and lose as a team. Since the Charger game the Steelers haven’t played Steeler football. We have had the lead til the 4th quarter and given the game away;That’s not the way of champions losing games we should be winning. At this moment we should be undefeated instead we are 6-7 what’s wrong in our camp? I’ve watched the Steelers play for many years and have never seen them play this bad ever and I ‘ve been a Steeler for over 35 years. It’s like the guys didn’t or don’t won’t to win at all, I truly Love my Steelers I do but as a fan I am hurt and disappointed in them as a team and individuals. Because individuals makes the team they each must be hurgry to win every game that they play. Troy said it best football is not his life but It’s what he does and that’s play the game of fooball, you must have a love for the game in order to the best and win, As I watch Troy play I see a man who love what he does and the people around him and their are other player who play the same way harrison, woodlye, hampton just to name a few.So I guest it’s back to the drawing board for us because we are out of the play off… Looking forward to next year “GO STEELERS GO GO GO STEELERS” SEE YOU GUYS 2010 I know you’ll be back like the Steeler of Pittsburgh running over everyone next season. So go get’em
