ESPN has reported that a source tells them that no charges will be filed in the Georgia a sex assault case against Ben Roethlisberger. This is strictly an unofficial rumor. The DA has announced a press conference Monday at which he will make an announcement.
Experts told KDKA in Pittsburgh that 3 things could happen Monday. The DA could say there will be charges, there will not be charges or that he is referring the case to a Grand Jury.
Ben’s attorney says they have presented a case to the DA which proves that Ben should not be charged.
Of course, the complainant can still file a civil suit like the one Ben is facing in Reno.
That being said, what should the Steelers do here? How can they impress the importance of making better decisions upon the 28 year old quarterback?
